When placing an order, you can immediately check the validity of the security by clicking on the padlock icon that appears in the URL row of your browser window when SSL is enabled.

Rebuttal
REFLET Online Store's ambition is to have the website always up and running, but REFLET cannot guarantee this. REFLET Store cannot guarantee that all displayed products are available at the time you place your order. In the event that the product you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you by email shortly after you place your order.
Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the photos in the REFLET store may differ from their actual colors. REFLET Store is not responsible for such discrepancy.
Prices
All prices in the REFLET online store are in EUR or BGN. The price of each product is listed without shipping costs.
Price changes
REFLET reserves the right to change the prices of the products sold. The prices of the products at the time of placing an order will be valid throughout this particular process.
Payment
REFLET store accepts payment with VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Euro Card. Full payment is charged when the package ships. Payment by credit card is made through Pay Pal. This does not mean you need a Pay Pal account to make a payment. You can pay by credit card on our website. You can also pay in cash upon delivery, but this option is only available in Bulgaria. Another payment method we offer is through your Pay Pal account.
Transport charges
Shipping charges will be added to your order. Please see Shipping Rates for information on your specific shipping fee.
Currencies
REFLET is not responsible for any changes in currency or exchange rates that any bank may have when exchanging the Euro into another currency.
Uncollected packages
REFLET will not pay shipping costs for unclaimed packages.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
Within 14 days of the delivery of your package, you can request the return of your order for a refund. You must return REFLET products to the REFLET online store return address in perfect condition. REFLET products must not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if products are returned with the original packaging and original tags still attached to each product. You must also return the original invoice. REFLET will not compensate for returned packages lost in return shipping. Any shipping charges that may occur when returning products are your/customer's responsibility. Only the cost of the item will be refunded, unless an error has occurred on the part of the REFLET store. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, no later than 30 working days after REFLET receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. In the event that the payment was made in cash on delivery, you must indicate the bank account to which you wish the money to be refunded. Please note that any additional duties, taxes or any additional charges you may incur will not be refunded by REFLET Store. REFLET will only offer an exchange for a different size of the same item originally ordered.
